Deals We Like has a timely reminder for those folks with the American Express Platinum card.  You only have a few more days to request complimentary Gold status with Hilton HHonors.  With the recent announcement that American Airlines Admirals Club access is going away for Plat card holders, this is a good way to ensure you’re getting good value out of your Amex card.

Heels First Travel was nice enough to detail a free $5 credit from Amazon.  All you need to do is download something from their Android app store, even if it’s free.
