JAL 787 Touches Down at BOS

This is the second post on my 787 inaugural trip.

Through security, and I popped into the BA Terraces lounge, which is serving as the lounge for JAL.  I’ll post on that later, as the arrival of the plane is far more interesting.

The windows of the E concourse were lined with people taking pictures.  I managed to squeeze into a good spot and started snapping away.  Apologies for quality on some, all were taken on my iPhone.

I’m starting to get the sense of the historical nature of today.  It won’t seem that important to many people.  But, for an airline enthusiast (read, geek) it’s a pretty big deal.  And, this airplane is destined to change the way we fly and airlines plan their route maps.  Kudos to Boeing!
