The picture is about a week old, but this is a new dessert they put on the menu at my go-to property in Denver, the Hyatt Regency. Peaks is up on the 27th floor with great views of the Rockies. The new menu item is a fondue with marshmallow blended in. Toasted marshmallows on the side with fresh berries, rice krispies and graham crackers. Mmmm.
